Frangipani!

Oh me! A tree, house of a lark.
Proud of my leaf, so unique.
Glad for my garden place,
Peace, warmth and solace.

Sky pours to cleanse;
I look up in gazed sense.
White of the clouds- I want on me,
Splendor like a star- five edge free.
Pink in the baby palm- a touch that eve,
Smell from the dame’s tress, dressed in mauve.
Yellow, gives the bright Sun-fall,
I see- I want it all.

I now bloom in mellow,
With all I fancied for.
On a sensual sepal- show,
A melodious frangipani flower!

A  leaf drips on me,
Fragrance taken so breezy-
To the other side of my window pane,
Sits a little loving lassie.
Writes my birth, in a poetry-
Hints from a dreamy lane.
I proclaim; I knew my whispers,
Last night, in her tiny ears.
